How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Treesuggestion Pest Control wants every homeowner who reaches out to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Topics You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you phoned or contacted Treesuggestion Pest Control
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If Your Concern Is About a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to bring it up with the provider directly. Keep a written record as you do.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Treesuggestion Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you may also contact the agency that regulates pest control in New York.
Sending Us Your Complaint
Email us at contact@treesuggestion.living. Please include:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Write
We will confirm that we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may include getting in touch with the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
